Our pricing is reflective of our experience in the industry, the premium products we use and the way our appointments are structured.

Policies

Colour & Service Adjustment Policy (Excludes Hair Extensions)

At Amara Organic Hair, your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any concerns with your colour or salon service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
Where a concern is service-related, we are happy to assess the result and offer a complimentary adjustment. We kindly ask that we are given the opportunity to review and correct the service before any further action is taken.
Please note:

  • No refunds are provided without first giving the salon an opportunity to assess and adjust.

  • Results may vary due to hair history, condition, and aftercare.

  • External services or treatments performed before assessment may void adjustments or refunds.

  • Change of mind or personal preference is not eligible for a refund.

Appointment Confirmation & Deposits


Confirming your appointment is an essential part of your communication with us.
You will receive:

  • An email reminder 5 days before your appointment

  • A text message reminder 3 days before your appointment

All services require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
If we do not receive confirmation, we will do our best to contact you via phone or email using the details provided. If we are unable to reach you, we may assume you no longer wish to keep the appointment and the time slot may be offered to another client.


Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

 

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice is totally fine, and we are happy to help where reasonable.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure time reserved exclusively for you.
