Confirming your appointment is an essential part of your communication with us here at Amara Organic Hair Salon. We will send you an email 5 days prior, and a text message 3 days prior to your appointment as a reminder. We ask that you confirm your appointment by replying to this text message with the letter “Y”. Should you wish to cancel or change your appointment please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a loss of deposit.

All services require a $30 deposit, balayage and keratin treatments require a $50 deposit to book your service. Should we not receive a confirmation text message back from you, we will do out utmost to contact you by phone and or email using the contact details you have supplied to us. Should we be unable to make contact with you, we will assume that you do not wish to keep your appointment and we will make this time slot available to other clients. Clients who don’t show up to their appointments or cancel within 48hrs will lose their $30 – $50 deposit.
